I am a 51 year of female who has gained 27lbs in the last 2 years. I chose to refrain from exercising at the gym for 2 to 2/1 hours a day doing aerobics and weight training. Which I think now was a huge mistake. Also, due to hormonal issues, I in some cases just did not have the energy to keep up the pace any longer. I am writing this to ask for your help. I do not mind working out again; however, I want to do the smartest workout and eating plan for me. Time is of essence and I simply do not have the hours to put into the gym as I've done in the past.
What has baffled me most is the fact that I can not lose a pound with just eating right. What is my caloric intake to produce a defecit to lose a pound. I have tried everything... Can you help me please
the first thing I have to ask is how much do you way, and the amount of calories you are in taking at the moment so I can give you an average you should consume so you can lose the pounds you want also need to know what your goal is, and here is some know all for you when you reach your goal slowly increase your cals you have to get your body use to it again when you get there and start slowly increasing your cals your cals to keep in that same shape should not go beyond 3000 cals, also invest in some soluble fiber pils, what they do is when taken it coats your stomach with this slim that escorts unwanted fats out of your body and makes you fill full when your not, you should have at least 3 meals a day try to add spice to your main meals this increases your metabolic state, and eat food your body needs more energy to digest like carrots among other things, if you want more info contact me at my email: charles_mcgee@hotmail.com.
You need a Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculator. You can find this on many sites. Just google it.
Tijuana, if you were eating right you would be losing weight, even without doing execise.
