Benefits of using a mini trampoline to lose weight

 

Mini trampolines can be an excellent way to start losing weight. With a lower risk of injuries to the ankles and knees they are ideal for those with a lower aerobic capacity to start off increasing activity levels. They wont burn a great deal of calories because of the way body weight is absorbed through the spring effect, the rebound from the trampoline limits the amount of effort which reduces the amount of energy neeeded to keep the exercise. This may not sound ideal but it means there is little chance the user can over train when starting a new weight loss program. This would be ideal for the overweight people who have not exercised for many months.

 

 

 

Any dieter who trains hard during the first few workouts will often end up in an over-trained state. During this period the body should be rested completely, however resting the body means less energy is burned off.
