Yoga originated in India over 5000 years ago and is considered one of the oldest exercises in the world. It has become a popular form of exercise in recent years throughout the United States. To practice yoga you don’t need to be looking for something spiritual at all, it can be simply because it feels right for your body. It is a whole body and mind exercise, and is beneficial for all ages.

There are classes for everyone at every level. Starting with the full body practices of Vinyasa or Power Yoga all the to Hatha or Restorative Yoga. There is truly something for all, including individuals who are unable to move very much or are even wheelchair bound. This form of yoga is called Chair Yoga.
