Dress Well to Minimize Fat Thighs
Slimming down fat thighs is a long process – you have to lose weight all over the body and tone up the thigh muscles. If you are happy with your body weight, however, there is a shortcut. It is possible to dress so that fat thighs appear slimmer.
Here are a few tricks:
- Wear jeans or pants that are cut straight down from the hip or have a slight bootleg cut at the calf. This will help your thighs look thinner relative to your calves.
- Body-slimming underwear also helps make thighs look slimmer. However, this best suits dresses or looser pants, otherwise the underwear might show.
- Choose a type of skirt or dress that flatters your body shape. If you have a boyish figure with large thighs then an A-line, knee-length skirt will give your body shape. If you are pear-shaped, then an empire-line dress will de-emphasize fat thighs.
- Draw attention to your upper body. Scoop or V-neck tops that show off cleavage and jewellery will draw attention to more attractive features.
