How to Kick Sugar Cravings

Sugar cravings are the absolute worst! They can cause you to eat the wrong foods at the wrong time, and they’ll usually make you over-eat all those deliciously sweet foods. Sugar cravings are one of the primary contributors to obesity, as sugar-rich foods are typically low in nutrition and high in calories—calories which are usually very quickly converted into fat rather than energy. Distract Yourself

Studies have proven that sugar cravings are rarely your body’s way of sending a signal that you are hungry, thirsty, or need energy. Take a Walk

Exercise is one of the best options for fighting away a pesky craving. A walk, jog, or run can help to occupy your mind and body, and you will forget that you were craving something sweet.
