Lose Weight Fast With the Grapefruit Diet

The grapefruit diet is a popular choice for those looking to lose weight fast and easy. It can help you lose up to twelve pounds in a period of two weeks, but it must be followed exactly, and complemented by a healthy and regular exercise regimen. If you can’t keep off the snack foods and commit to at least a brisk 30 minute walk every day, the grapefruit diet will be about as effective as any other diet that you cheat on, and that’s not very.
