Instead of going on a holiday to the beach and just relaxing, take surfing lessons, walk around the city, and spend time doing more active activities. Go on a jungle hike vacation, or hit the ski slopes. The more active you are during your holidays, the more you will promote overall fitness while doing something fun and taking time off. You'll find that EVERY holiday destination can provide you with active recreational activities to help you get in shape.
