6 Simple Habits to Boost Your Health

Improving your health doesn’t have to require massive overhauling of your diet, workout program, and lifestyle. In many cases, a few simple changes can have a huge effect! Here are a few of the habits to boost your health most efficiently in a few minutes a day:

Drink More

Not alcohol or coffee, but water! Water is vital for your health, as it’s needed to keep all of your internal functions running properly. You’ll have a lot more energy throughout the day and you’ll live a lot longer thanks to meditation!


Whether you’re working out, going to sleep, or just spending time in front of the TV, it’s worth it to spend a few extra minutes stretching. Your goal should be to sleep at least 7 hours a night, with closer to 8 hours being the recommended amount for a healthy body.
