Fish is, by far, one of the healthiest foods on the planet! Not only is it great when served with fresh vegetables, a small side of potato gratin, or even a salad, but it’s also one of the healthiest sources of protein around. High in fat — Fish is one of the fattiest proteins you can find, but the fats it contains aren’t the bad, heart attack-causing kind. Instead, they’re the kind your body needs for a faster-functioning brain, a healthier heart, flexible joints, and a more efficient immune system.
