Just because you are eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to skip dessert. With less than 200 calories per serving, you can feel good about indulging in one of these guilt-free delicious desserts.

Chocolate Covered Bananas
Makes 1 Serving
1 small banana
2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
Peel banana and cut in half crosswise. Insert a wooden stick into the flat end of each banana half.
Lay banana in a shallow pan and freeze for about 3 hours.
Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 40 seconds. Stir until smooth. Coat each frozen banana half with melted chocolate. Serve immediately or wrap individually in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 weeks.

Grilled Peach with Honey Yogurt
Makes 1 Serving
1 peach
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup 0% fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Cut the peach in half and remove the pit. Melt butter and brush on peach. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place peaches skin side down on grill and grill to heat through about 4 minutes. Serve with yogurt and top with honey and cinnamon.

Dark-Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Makes 1 Serving
4 small graham-crackers rectangles
2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
Microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds, until just melted. Spread graham crackers with chocolate and let sit for 10 minutes, until chocolate has hardened.

Honey Lime Fruit Salad

Makes 1 Serving
1/2 lime, juice and zested
1 teaspoon honey
1 small banana, peeled and sliced
4 strawberries, halved

Whisk together lime juice, zest, and honey. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
