Category One foods are the least calorie dense. These include low-fat milk and vegetable broth as well as low calorie fruits and vegetables.
Category Two foods are considered low density. They include fresh fruits and vegetables that can be considered starchy as well as legumes and breakfast cereals.
Category Three foods are of medium density where you will find the starchier, oilier foods like French fries and bread.
Category Four foods are the most calorie dense. Processed, starchy and sugary foods are considered as belonging to this category.

To begin the Volumetrics Diet, you‘ll want to pick up at least the handbook that gives you the calorie contents of most foods by volume. There are no dues, no monthly fees and the foods you eat are entirely up to you. The handbook will teach you how to combine calorie counts and densities and apply them to all your daily meals. There are also recipes available to help you maximize your calorie volume per meal.
Is The Volumetrics Diet Safe?
